A new online airline review website has surfaced, giving passengers the opportunity to critique, compliment and comment on a carrier’s conduct.

The Association for Airline Passenger Rights (AAPR) has partnered with Shelterous, an airline review platform, to provide an online space for passengers to share opinions about airline service and performance.

The AAPR-Shelterous partnership aims to offer added consumer protection by providing interactive information and an educational database for would-be leisure flyers.

AAPR members can give feedback, read and write reviews and book flights on the new website.

“AAPR members can share their airline experience on a transparent and easy-to-use reviews website with other passengers,” Association for Airline Passenger Rights executive director Brandon M. Macsata said.

“It helps passengers with special needs to understand airline service better, anxious passengers to read real passengers feedback, and book better flights for everyone.”
